Here are our four steps to easy fresh flower care:

1. Change the water every day. Keep the water level at the top of the vase.

2. Give them a fresh cut every other day. You may also remove any browning petals as they go through their life cycle to maintain a fresh look.

3. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight, heat and direct air-conditioning.

4. You may also use flower food every other day.

For the time being, we do NOT offer same-day services. We highly encourage our customers to place their orders with at least a 2-day notice for us to prep and arrange the flowers & accommodate pick-up/delivery time for their orders.

We currently DON'T offer custom orders. Our brand highly focuses on the appreciation of nature & seasonality & because of that, we proudly provide each customer with very fresh, seasonal flowers.

The flower market is frequently changing & cannot promise specific flowers when they are out of season. However, we may be flexible with color palettes. You can always e-mail us to get confirmation on particular color schemes.

We guarantee our fresh flowers for 72 hours. If you are having problems keeping your flowers alive, please shoot us an e-mail and we will help you trouble shoot.

There are rare times when flowers just simply do not last long... especially in the Texas heat. Some flowers may also have a shorter life span than others. Please e-mail us if yours die within 72 hours and we will replace them for you.

We do not offer refunds.

Our brand highly focuses on the appreciation of nature & seasonality & because of that, we proudly provide each customer with very fresh, seasonal flowers. Our flowers do vary weekly.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be made based on improper flower care from the customer or recipient. Once flowers leave the store premises, Monarch & Marigold Studio is no longer responsible for damages or mishandling that may occur.

We are not able to refund delivery fees + costs after a delivery has been made. This includes sun damage / overheating if the recipient is unable to bring the flowers inside at time of delivery. We always make our best efforts to place the delivery blooms in the shade.
